Job DescriptionOversee end-to-end C&B operations for Hong Kong & Macau Business Unit including but not limited to payroll, pension administration, group & life medical schemes, taxation, benefits, and leave management, ensuring full compliance with the local employment legislation.Lead the annual compensation review cycle, market benchmarking, merit and promotion adjustments, variable bonus calculations, expatriate’s remuneration package renewals and benefits vendors negotiations.Drive payroll system enhancement projects safeguard data integrity, enable timely extraction of workforce metrics and cost projections.Deliver regular and ad-hoc C&B analytics and board-ready reports, supplying precise salary, headcount, and benefits forecasts to support strategic decisions.Act as subject-matter expert to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on remuneration offers, internal moves, retention arrangements and international mobility cases.Coach and develop a high-performing C&B team; drive a culture of governance, continuous improvement and customer service excellence.Support broader HR initiatives and undertake other assignments as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.Proven track record leading and developing a C&B/Rewards team while partnering with Operations, Finance and other stakeholders.Expert knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance; Macau labour/ tax exposure is a plus. Additional InformationRequirements:
At least 8 years of C&B/ Total Rewards experience. Experience in environmental services, utilities or engineering with mixed blue-/white-collar staff will be considered a plus.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactor ECP is preferred.Proficient in Google Workplace Applications and MS Office Excel.Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.Benefit
