Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Compensation & Benefits administrator to join our team in the Group Service Centre (GSC) in Brussels, Belgium.
As our Compensation & Benefits administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Annual Review Process. This team-led process manages, records, and approves internal compensation changes, transfers, and promotions for employees and leaders across the Eurofins network.
You will work closely with our HR and Finance teams, as well as, key employees and management. To ensure timely processing, you will need to ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
As our Compensation & Benefits administrator, you will:
Assist in reviewing the data of forms and reports to help identify, report and resolve issues or outliers.Address and resolve issues and escalations submitted to the team through tickets or emails.Support the preparation, printing, approval, scanning and filing of Annual Review Process documentation bundles.Help oversee the tracking of documents and approvals through review processes.Collaborate on additional tasks and projects with the team, as needed.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role is ideal, while experience in finance, payroll or HR processes is considered a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.A positive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing deadlines, and take initiative.Reliable, trustworthy, and confident in handling both confidential and sensitive information, with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Other languages are considered a plus.Technical Skills (IT): Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with a focus on Excel) and confident in a digital environment (i.e. SharePoint, MS Teams, and PDF).Additional InformationWe support your development!
