As a Compensation Associate in Global Compensation, you will support strategic priorities across multiple countries by delivering analysis, insights, and advisory to recruiters, business advisors, and managers. Your focus on EU Pay Transparency compliance, Gender Pay Gap disclosure requirements and calculations, and country‑specific pay policies. You will translate data into narratives that inform decisions, strengthen controls, and advance transparent, equitable compensation practices.

Strong analytical and data/ information management skills with a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experienceHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft applications.
