Compensation and Performance Management Coordinator What we are looking for: Aldridge is currently seeking a highly motivated Compensation & Performance Management Coordinator to support our team in building a best-in-class performance culture. You'll play a vital role in supporting our various performance management programs and annual compensation review process, while also becoming a go-to resource for Cornerstone system administration. What you’ll do: + Coordinate the quarterly performance management processes and crew leader check-ins + Assist with the annual bonus/raise process + Administer 360 feedback reviews and support development plan creation + Maintain Cornerstone system, including corporate org chart and report/dashboard creation + Support in development of job architecture project and company roll-out Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related major + Experience working with talent management and HRIS systems + Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization + Exercises strong judgment in situations that are not routine + Proven track record of discretion and confidentiality Who we are: At Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success. What we offer: The annual base pay for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus.
