Compensation Analyst
Job Title: Compensation AnalystJob Description

The Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract and retain talent across the company. You will be responsible for analyzing market data, ensuring compliance with global compensation regulations, and providing strategic guidance on equity-based compensation. Your expertise will help support the company’s growth and scale while fostering a competitive and fair compensation structure across both domestic and international markets.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies that align with company goals, industry benchmarks, and talent needs.Manage and administer the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and other equity-based incentives.Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.Execute compensation programs for international teams, taking into account regional market trends, currency differences, taxation, and local compliance requirements.Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends, program effectiveness, and employee retention.Provide support and education to employees regarding compensation policies, including equity programs.Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on compensation-related decisions.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years focused on equity compensation management and global compensation strategies for Pre-IPO companies.Proven experience designing and implementing compensation programs in a startup or high-growth environment.Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, etc.).Expertise in domestic and international compensation practices, including regulatory requirements and tax implications.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and present insights to leadership.Experience with compensation management software (e.g., Workday, PayScale, Carta, or similar).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsA Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.Experience with Radford Data Leveraging, Compensation Benchmarking tools.Startup experience.People leadership skills.Versatility, adaptability, and willingness to work onsite.Ability to partner with TA/HR.Flexibility and executive partnerships with C-level executives.Work Environment

This is an in-office role, Monday to Friday during business hours. The work environment is business casual, reflecting a start-up style atmosphere. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
