Compensation Analyst
Job Description The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for broad-based compensation programs. This role focuses on compensation surveys, job evaluations, market pricing, and analytics support to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Key Responsibilities: • Support compensation survey participation, including job matching, data submission, and validation of market results. • Assist with job evaluations and role leveling using established job architecture frameworks. • Perform market pricing analysis to support salary ranges and offer recommendations. • Prepare compensation analytics, reports, and data summaries using Excel and HR systems. • Support annual compensation cycles (merit and bonus) through data preparation, audits, and quality checks. • Partner with senior compensation team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines. • Maintain compensation documentation and support process improvements as assigned. Skills and Requirements • 3–6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics. • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • Experience with compensation surveys and job evaluation methodologies preferred. • Exposure to HRIS or compensation tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Salary.com
