Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)

A leading, Boston-based client of ours in the consulting space is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their team and support the midyear and annual compensation process.

Responsibilities:

Conduct job analysis and evaluation of positions at all levels to remain competitive with the marketPerform complex data modeling and analysis in Excel to support business decision-makingPartner with colleagues in HR and finance around compensation policies, budgeting, bonus accruals, and more

Qualifications:
