Compensation Analyst
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is looking for a detail-driven and analytical Compensation Analyst to join their HR team. Summary: In this role, you will evaluate, design, and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of compensation principles and a commitment to fairness and compliance. Duties Include: * Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate job classifications, pay structures, and market competitiveness * Participate in and review salary surveys to gather competitive pay data * Develop and maintain salary ranges, job descriptions, and compensation guidelines * Support the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, bonuses, and market adjustments * Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for new and existing roles * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act) * Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to provide guidance on pay-related decisions * Prepare and deliver compensation reports and analysis to leadership * Assist with special compensation projects and initiatives
