OverviewThe Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the administration of one or more organizational compensation programs. Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs.
Responsibilities Maintain and update employee compensation data in the HR information system (HRIS).Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.Prepare reports on compensation trends and analysis for management review.Conduct salary surveys and research industry compensation benchmarks to inform pay decisions.Analyze market data to identify potential salary gaps and recommend adjustments.Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadershipProcess salary changes including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments based on performance evaluations.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine appropriate salary ranges for new positionsCalculate and administer salary adjustments for cost-of-living adjustments or other company initiativesEnsure adherence to all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.Monitor and update compensation practices to maintain compliance with changing regulationsAssist in the job evaluation process to ensure accurate job grading and salary positioning.Review and update job descriptions to reflect current responsibilities and market demandsGenerate reports on compensation metrics such as average salary, salary distribution, and pay equity.Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustmentsProvide support and answer compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers.Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth integration of compensation practices with other HR function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in compensation administration or related HR roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExperience with HR information systems (HRIS)Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensationQuiet environmentRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsClimbing stairs.Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
