Our client, a mission-driven organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a part-time Compensation Analyst to support their team for 9 months!

About the Job:

Conduct job evaluations, job description reviews, and market-based pay benchmarking to ensure consistency and competitiveness.Manage compensation data, salary structures, and survey participation.Prepare recommendations, present findings to management, and support additional compensation projects as needed.

About You:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent experience with compensation structures and benchmarking.Skilled in Salary.com tools (CompAnalyst, JobArchitect).Proficient in Workday and Excel, with experience benchmarking technical and research-focused roles.

About the Position:
