**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
+ Act as primary point of contact (POC) for Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners for Home Office compensation exceptions.
+ Responsible for the review and decisioning of compensation exceptions across Merit, Pay Adjustments, and Promotions for U.S. and Canada Home Office.
+ Utilize benchmarking data as part of the review and decisioning of compensation exceptions.
+ Partner closely with the Home Office Compensation team to ensure awareness of exceptions, escalating when appropriate.
+ Provide guidance to Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners on the process for compensation exceptions, ensuring awareness and understanding.
+ Ability to assess and recommend process improvements to the existing process.
+ Act as subject matter expert for compensation exceptions, sharing knowledge and experience as part of future system enhancements (e.g., Human Capital System, etc.).
+ Develop robust monthly reporting on numbers, types, and categories of exceptions to share with senior stakeholders.
+ Communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner for all levels of colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders.
+ Closely monitors exception process to ensure established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with stakeholders are met or exceeded.
+ Respond to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of resolving problems, providing information and/or referring to appropriate personnel and/or identifying the relevant issues.
+ Administer the Trimester bonus tool (loading data, timeline, etc.) and addresses questions, escalations, and concerns from field leaders and BHC teams. Ensures related documentation, communication and training are aligned to current process and process changes.
+ Responsible for the maintenance and routing of emails from the Home Office Compensation inbox to the appropriate Compensation partner.

**Skills/Requirements**
**WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
+ Three to five years' experience in a Compensation/Financial Analyst or Human Capital Practitioner capacity preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
+ Good understanding of available compensation tools and requirements.
+ Strong math and spreadsheet skills required.
+ Display good verbal communication skills including one-on-one and group facilitated explanations and presentations.
+ Strong written communication skills also needed to compose communication program features and changes.
***Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
