Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for board and shareholders’ meetingsProvide company secretarial support for entities incorporated in Hong Kong, BVI, and the Cayman Islands, including their subsidiariesAssist in the preparation of statutory documents, annual/interim reports, announcements, and circularsOffer secretarial and administrative support to senior team membersSupport ad hoc projects and assignments as requiredManage vendor onboarding processes and handle invoice settlementRequirements:Degree holder in a relevant disciplinePrior experience or academic background in company secretarial work preferred1–2 years of experience in office administration or related fields, ideally within a sizable or multinational firmProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processingStrong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)Detail-oriented, well-organized, and patientSelf-motivated, diligent, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesImmediate availability is highly preferred Additional Locations: * Hong Kong * Hong Kong
