DESCRIPTION
Join our organization as a Fleet Coordinator and ensure the smooth operation of our company car fleet. In this position, you'll be responsible for the operational management and administration of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s company car fleet in Hungary. This role ensures efficient fleet operations, regulatory compliance, cost control, and a high level of service for company car drivers, in alignment with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s policies and values. You’ll also coordinate with vendors, oversee maintenance activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate end-to-end company car lifecycle management, including vehicle ordering, allocation, handover, replacement, and returnAdminister company car policies in line with Thermo Fisher Scientific standards and Hungarian legal requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for employees regarding company car-related topics (vehicle usage, policy questions, incidents)Liaise with leasing companies, dealerships, insurance providers, and service partners in HungaryEnsure vehicles are properly registered, insured, inspected, and compliant with Hungarian traffic and tax regulationsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, tire changes, and inspections to minimize vehicle downtimeManage accident handling, damage reporting, insurance claims, and related documentationMaintain accurate fleet data, contracts, and records in fleet management systems and internal toolsMonitor fleet-related costs (leasing, fuel, maintenance, taxes), and support budgeting and reporting activitiesPrepare regular fleet reports for HR, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement teamsSupport sustainability and compliance initiatives, including fuel efficiency, CO₂ reportingEnsure adherence to Thermo Fisher Scientific’s ethics, compliance, EHS, and data privacy requirementsREQUIREMENTS
