Responsibilities

Join a growing team of 3 Urologists, 1 Medical Management Primary Care Physician, and 3 Advanced Practice ProvidersPhysicians working in the urology practice will have access to top tier technology in the OR and clinic (For example: UroNav, Digital Scopes, Operative Microscope, and DaVinci Robot) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory and stimulation testingCall Obligations: NPs/PAs first call cover M-F 8A to 5P; physicians call coverage equally rotatedAbility to work collectively with well-established referral resources, to grow practice general urology practice, and niche interestsTeaching and Research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo ClinicWork in a state of the art facility. Mayo Clinic Health System operative suite recently underwent a $70+ million dollar expansion. Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $290,000 to $830,500. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
