· Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing client-specific needs and goals.Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive mental health services.Utilize strengths-based approaches incorporating evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and CBT/DBT techniques.Coordinate care with service providers including primary care physicians and community organizations.Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.Participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:There are several ways in which you may qualify for this position including: Education, certification, or experience. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.OR....· Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) - CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-DAdditional Qualifications:Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van.Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.Must have reliable means of transportation to transport clients in personal vehicle.Physical Requirements:ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing/writing.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time with brief walking/standing periods.
