Job DescriptionCoordinate, arrange and conduct various visits at the Hong Kong Sludge Treatment Facilities (HKSTF) in close coordination with Environmental Protection Department and relevant working partiesReceive and handle local and overseas visitors, such as educational institutes, professional bodies and associations, green groups, community groups and associationsPropose, organize and implement publicity events and programs to strengthen communication with neighbors, local community, stakeholders and to educate the public on HKSTFAssist in receiving and monitoring of opinion/ complaints filed by stakeholders and, where required, propose response to these complaintsHandle ad hoc projects as assigned.

QualificationsUniversity graduate preferably in Public Relations/ Marketing or related disciplines

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ working experience in the field of public relationsProficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and PutonghuaGood organization, communications and presentation skillsOutgoing and able to work independently
