In this position you will have the opportunity to: + **Empower Others:** Increase health knowledge and self-sufficiency through outreach, education, and advocacy. + **Collaborate with Teams:** Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to facilitate access to health and human services through personal interactions and coordinated referrals. + **Support Your Community:** Provide informal reassurance, social support, and guidance to help individuals navigate their health journeys. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma/GED + At least one year of community involvement experience is a plus. + A willingness to earn a CHW certification. **Pay Range:** $21.50-28.11 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
