Responsibilities

The Division of Community Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care in Rochester, Minnesota is a leader in delivering, educating, and researching high-value, equitable primary care for patients with complex needs.  

 We are seeking a Clinician Investigator or Physician Scientist with expertise and passion for solving clinically relevant patient issues using advanced methodological tools.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a doctoral degree (MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent) and rigorous postdoctoral training.  Junior investigators should have a strong publication record. Mid-career investigators should have a strong publication record and history of NIH or equivalent extramural funding.  

Must be board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Palliative Care.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for Primary Care specialties may range from $205,000 to $363,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
