Community Health and Well-Being – Senior Services Summer Non-Clinical Intern

The Senior Services Intern will work closely with the Seniors Well-Being team to support a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for older adults. This internship provides valuable, hands-on experience in the field of senior services, allowing the intern to gain foundational skills in program planning, communication, and data management. Key responsibilities will include assisting with long-term program planning for 2026 and 2027, updating and organizing marketing materials for Senior Services, revising Seniors Club forms, compiling productivity reports, and contributing to other administrative or program-related tasks as needed. he ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and be self-motivated. This full-time internship will be structured as a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with daytime hours and some flexibility for evening shifts. Candidates pursuing studies in Wellness, Community or Public Health, Exercise Science, or other related programs are especially encouraged to apply, as this internship offers a strong foundation for a future career in supporting the well-being of older adults.

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. Specific license and/or certification may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation.
