Responsibilities:
-Fundraising and donor relationship management
-Focus on fundraising efforts, including cultivating and nurturing major donors (individuals, corporations, and foundations) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana
-Develop major special events in Bismarck to raise funds and engage the community
-High volume event planning (over 100 per year)
-Reporting to the Executive Director, this role provides leadership and direction to volunteers and donors, ensuring the goals and mission of the organization are effectively delivered.
-Volunteer development and stakeholder engagement
-Recruit, engage, and develop volunteers and stakeholders
-Coordinate public presentations and involvement with organizations
-Reporting on the Bismarck office???s progress toward established performance metrics
-Develop an annual plan of major donor activities in Bismarck for approval by the Executive Director
