- Develop event budgets, timelines, and strategies that ensure success.

Marketing & Social Media Maven:
- Create buzzworthy content for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Craft engaging campaigns that spotlight events, initiatives, and community members.
- Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and keep the conversation going.

Creative Communicator:
- Design and distribute impactful marketing materials, from flyers to email campaigns.
- Work with designers and printers to bring visuals to life.
- Ensure our messaging is clear, engaging, and community-focused.

Website Guru:
- Keep our website fresh with event updates, news, and valuable resources.
- Make sure content is accurate, user-friendly, and designed to drive engagement.

Relationship Builder:
- Serve as a go-to contact for members, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Foster strong connections to maximize event participation and partnership opportunities.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Skills:
What You Should Bring to the Table:

- Event planning experience or a knack for pulling off flawless events.
- Savvy social media skills-you know how to craft compelling content and drive engagement.
- Tech proficiency-Google Suite, Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (bonus points for website management experience).
- Strong communication and organization-you juggle multiple priorities like a pro.
- Flexibility-some after-hours or weekend work may be required for special events.
- Community-minded-familiarity with Hernando County is a plus!
