Community Center Volunteer Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities: 
 

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to nurture and maintain relationships by answering and resolving a wide variety of face-to-face and telephone inquiries Providing a great experience to our guests, community partners and vendorsScheduling and maintaining multiple calendarsProvide administrative support to community Center including RSVP management, copying, emailing, greeting, registering, and assisting guestsRun and analyze reportsCoordinate Community Center supplies and inventory control.Positive presence in our facility by engaging with guests to provide a warm welcoming environment to ensure guests are registered. manage appropriate occupancy levels, and expected guest behaviorAssisting with deliveries and always ensuring a clean facility.May create, host, and lead Community Center class offeringsOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

High School diploma or equivalentCPR/AED Certified - or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment1+ years of experience in a very busy customer service-oriented environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
