Job Description New York City Employees Retirement System has an opening for one Quality Assurance Analyst, Per-Diem in the Quality Assurance Unit within the Client Services Division. The candidate will be required to - Process and respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, video, and text chat. - Coordinate community outreach with NYCERS members and external stakeholders submitting inquiries on their behalf. - Conduct follow-up outreach with NYCERS internal units to address external inquiries submitted by other agencies or the community of NYCERS members themselves. - Understand and transact complex client inquiries, by independently researching solutions and coordinating, as needed, with other business units. - Work primarily from the CRM – Salesforce application. The candidate must be able to work from reports from CRM, and toggle distinct screens and dashboards created within the CRM. Mandatory Skills/ Experience: - Experience in data analysis, customer service, customer experience, or related roles. - Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, data visualization tools). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or 2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
