Our client, a real estate development firm in LA, is seeking a temporary Community Assistant to support their office in LA for 2 weeks!
About the Job:
Provide exceptional customer service in this highly professional and highly visible role.Handle the multi-line phone system, coordinate meetings, and manage mail and deliveries.Ensure office and kitchen are clean and fully stocked.Coordinate catering logistics, setup, and breakdown.Onboard new hires, manage security, and coordinate maintenance.Provide administrative support and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.About You:
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.3+ years of administrative, executive, or office assistant experience is required.Strong skills in MS Office/MS Office 360 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.About the Position:
