This is a full time on site position based in Kinsale.

**Position Summary:**
This role is a 39-hour week position, primarily supporting team activities at the Kinsale manufacturing site, with some activities supporting Lilly’s broader Ireland footprint.
**Typical Responsibilities:**
**_Internal Communications_**
+ Support the creation of content and the delivery of internal communications across all channels, including townhalls, Lilly TV/AV screens, in-person and hybrid/virtual events, newsletters, etc.
+ Manage the preparation and publication of weekly site performance metrics and site strategy board updates.
**_External Communications and Engagement_**
+ Assist in the creation and maintenance of a database of external engagement with professional and trade associations.
+ Participate in the Campus Outreach Committee and assist in the improvement of 3rd level outreach programme for all functions.
+ Assist with all aspects of social media content creation as needed.
**_Environmental, Social and Governance_**
+ Assist in the development and delivery of Lilly’s planned All-Ireland social impact programme.
+ Work with other team members to deliver creative and effective ways to communication the new social impact programme internally and externally, in line with Lilly broader ESG priorities, goals of the Ireland social impact programme and values of the company.
**_Compliance and Continuous Improvement_**
+ Manage regular compliance checks for the Lilly.ie website as required.
+ Maintain audit trail documentation as required for external communications, GDPR and other critical compliance activities.
+ Contribute creative ideas and suggestions across all aspects of the student’s responsibility to bring new thinking and continuous improvement to the team and the site.
