Overview
This role is ideal for a strategic and creative communicator passionate about enhancing Dow’s brand through digital media, storytelling, and visual content. The specialist will lead digital initiatives aligned with business priorities and collaborate across corporate citizenship, community relations, site leadership, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Strategize and lead digital communications across Dow Thailand’s owned and partner channels (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, websites, intranet, eNewsletter), with a focus on growing audience reach, engagement, and lead generation.
+ Develop and execute integrated campaigns on digital and social media platforms, including planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and agile adjustments based on analytics.
+ Create digital content and assets, including copywriting, visual design, infographics, and video production—either in-house or via external agencies.
+ Consult and advise internal teams and partners on digital channel setup and content strategy to promote Dow’s products, projects, and initiatives.
+ Drive employee advocacy programs to encourage sharing of corporate content on personal social media.
+ Monitor and report digital sentiment, especially during incidents or crises, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
+ Use analytic tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights for quarterly strategy reviews.
+ Champion AI and emerging communication technologies by sharing knowledge and guiding the team in adopting new tools and behaviors.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and assets.
+ Support special projects and tasks as assigned by the Thailand Communications Director.
Success Factors
+ Proven experience in digital communications, social media marketing, or online campaign management.
+ Strong skills in storytelling, copywriting, graphic design, and video editing—with the ability to produce engaging content across platforms.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and business impact.
+ Solid business acumen and understanding of how digital communications support broader organizational goals.
+ Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
+ Skilled in project management, including coordination with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
+ Comfortable working inmultinational environmentsand meeting with regional/global teams in different time-zones.
+ Ability to leverageAI and emerging communication technologies to enhance team capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
Qualification
+ Bachelor’s degree incommunications, marketing, or a related field.
+ 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
+ TOEIC score above 800 preferred.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, MS Clipchamp, and Copilot.
+ Experience using social media analytics tools to evaluate and optimize performance.
+ Familiarity with AIandemerging communication technologies.
+ Skilled in writing concise and engaging social media copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
