What You'll Do
Work with consulting teams to:
Edit and refine reports, presentations, board papers, memos, articles and other outputs to improve clarity, structure and flow in line with house style Review materials for logic, narrative flow and audience relevance, and incorporate feedback into final versions Support the writing and production of thought leadership by shaping clear, persuasive content and adapting messaging and tone for different industries, contexts and audiences Work with the ANZ Marketing team to align thought leadership articles and messages across internal and external communication channels
Work with internal teams to:
Write clear and compelling content that can be tailored and deployed across a range of communication channels, including Town Halls, Slack, newsletters, events, meetings, digital platforms, video scripts, speaking and briefing notes Guide the channel mix to distribute communications across ANZ Align key messages across channels, thought leadership, People & Culture initiatives and broader commercial updates Work with ANZ leadership to plan and deliver quarterly town halls Develop and maintain a calendar of internal communications across the year, aligning with milestones and events Maintain a metrics and reporting mechanism to evaluate impact and engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain best practice and guiding principles for internal communications to ensure consistency across tone, process and operations
What You'll Bring
5+ years relevant work experience in communications gained in a matrixed, fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement communication materials Exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to write effectively for technical and non-technical audiences, and to varying levels of seniority Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (responsive, intuitive and with a high level of emotional intelligence) Strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong editing skills and command of language, tone and meaning High attention to detail Capability in MS Office – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and team orientated attitude Rigorous time management skills, with the willingness and flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks and embrace new ideas Strong project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously The ability and the ability to navigate complex information and ambiguity A strong sense of confidentiality, high levels of integrity and the ability to operate with discretion and as a trusted advisorWho You'll Work With
