Collaborating closely with internal teams and leadership, you’ll compose clear, consistent written and visual content that aligns with strategic goals. You’ll help unify messaging across functions while supporting program initiatives and executive reporting. This role involves managing internal communications for teams and speaking with mid to senior-level client customers, helping the communications program gain momentum and maturity. **What You’ll Do** Draft and edit internal communications including presentations, email memos, etc. Provide manager support for media interview prep. Collaborate with internal teams and Compliance to align messaging and program support. Partner closely with the Program Director to support strategic initiatives and team-wide communications. Analyze survey results to advise communication strategies and improve engagement. Track media databases and coverage. Assist with background research and content development for speeches and presentations. Organize and maintain communication resources, including SharePoint content and templates. Contribute to executive reporting and presentation materials for key projects and initiatives. Receive confidential information and develop messaging. Assist management with administrative needs. Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Help with projects as requested. Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and standard processes within the communications space. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. The minimum salary for the Communications Specialist position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Communications Specialist position is $57,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
