As a Communications Specialist, you will support internal communications initiatives focused on informing and engaging all Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC) Team Members. On the Shared Service team reporting to Manager, Content and Communications, you will partner with Global Communications, HRCC, and internal partners to understand the communication needs and desires of our team and help create relevant, informative, and engaging communications, and events.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Manage a variety of simultaneous communications projects containing complex content, delivering customized messaging that resonates with a diverse global audienceCreate and publish informative and engaging communications and visual content on internal communication channelsAuthor multiple communications including newsletters, memos, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and SharePoint sites using the appropriate tools and channelsDevelop new standards and systems while maintaining Communications Team resourcesFollow digital communications standard processes and style guides to write easily digestible literatureHow you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate with partners across the organization as a wholeCollaborate with Manager to produce impact-focused communications for HRCC leaders, including regular intranet posts, updates, and town hallsBe a change leader that identifies creative solutions, drives multiple strategic transformation initiatives, and instills confidence and motivates amongst all Team Member levelsSupport leader communications, ensuring accuracy, integrity, clarity, and business goal alignment, objectives, and themesWhat projects you will take ownership of:
Internal communications including newsletters, memos, PowerPoint presentations, knowledge base articles, videos, micro-learnings using the appropriate tools and channelsPlan and lead events such as leadership meetings and town hallsWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
One (1) year in a communications roleProficient in developing clear and compelling communications, both verbal and writtenMultimedia communications experience, including style guide usage, copywriting, and graphic designExperience authoring, editing, and managing internal communicationsIt would be useful if you have:
Bachelor's degree or completed coursework in Communications, English, Journalism, or MarketingOne (1) year of experience in an internal communications roleTwo (2) years of experience writing for digital platformsExperience with Canva, Camtasia, or other video editing and design softwareAwareness of writing style guide usage and editingWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
