Role Purpose Statement

 

As a Senior Anlyst Communication you will drive the effective use and adoption of internal programs and platforms; produce relevant and engaging content consistent with the global narrative and brand; and contribute to strengthening our shared identity, organisational culture and alignment among employees, in support of business strategy and priorities.

 

 

Main Accountabilities:

 

Proactively develop and update content on internal and external channels (intranet articles, digital signage, emails, press releases, social media posts, announcements, presentations, talking points, Q&A, newsletters, or scripts), creating compelling, visually engaging, and timely content, aligned with the company's corporate brand, values and business strategy. Transform complex topics into high-quality content and storylines for various audiences. Maintain the region's content and events calendar up to date, following up with teams and capturing latest changes and key metrics. Build relationships with Bunge’s business units and functions, as well as with the internal communicator network and help facilitate message alignment across countries and across the company. Utilize company's mix of channels (including digital and social, internally and externally) along with live interactions to reach and engage targeted audiences, identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies and innovations as required. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills 

 

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization. Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, mindset of high- quality results and creative, innovative thinking. Ability to communicate in an attractive way, strategically, crafting visual and engaging content that resonates with the different target audiences and stakeholders. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with ability to think analytically. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to problem solve, meet deadlines and maintain quality. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in English (spoken and written - C1) with proven reporting/storytelling ability. Experience in creating digital contents, videos, newsletters and presentations, as well as managing intranets, webs and social media. Experience developing and implementing internal communication campaigns. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and on the use of software tools for editing (photo/video/text). Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style. Ability to write and design clear, concise, and engaging content, tailored to different audiences and formats. Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources. Ability to synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand content.

 

Education & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. Minimum 2-4 years’ work experience in communications required; prior experience in corporate communications or agency environment strongly preferred.
