Siemens Industry is looking for a Communications Professional for our SI Logistics organization, the position will be based in Alpharetta, GA, but must have the ability to support other regional locations. The Communication Professional will be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team, that offers the chance for you to grow, contribute and learn as far as your growth mindset takes you.

We are seeking a Communication Professional for a hybrid position, allowing you to work both on-site and remotely for up to two days each week. This role is based in Alpharetta, GA.

Role Responsibilities

Support in any related regional supply chain logistics communication related topics. Participate in any required SI NA regional related offsite group meetings, etc. Executive Communication Support: Prepare talking points, presentation decks, and communication plans for senior logistics leaders at regional or global forums. Support leadership communications for site visits, town halls, or all-hands meetings. Develop presentations for global Live-streaming meetings from SI NA and support the leadership team with the necessary documents as required. Internal / External Communications: Develop and deliver regular internal updates, newsletters, and key messaging to logistics employees across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Translate complex logistics or transformation topics into clear, engaging communications Content Creation & Storytelling: Highlight logistics success stories, employee spotlights, digital tool implementations, and sustainability initiatives through engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, social posts, infographics). Create communication assets (PowerPoint, email campaigns, SharePoint pages) tailored for different internal audiences. Channel / Marketing & Management: Manage and maintain digital communication platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams channels, and newsletter tools. Support continuous improvement of content delivery and employee engagement across platforms. Coach & provide feedback to team members as required on communications-related topics. Partner / link with the SI Global team as needed to align specific tasks / communications. Respond to business/management requests for ad hoc communications requests. Support adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements in your areas.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in the Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing field 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications Proficient Computer skills required in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Viva Engage, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with direct & indirect communication with Siemens Team-mindset with “we can do it” mentality Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong sense of ownership Strong writing skills and ability to tailor content to different audiences. Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Siemens communications tools, technology available for use is a plus. Knowledge of Siemens products, business units, etc. Previous experience in business unit or business segment operational finance Travel: approximately 5% to 10% domestic & international as the need arises.

The pay range for this position is $44,100 - $75,600 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
