This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, performance, and others. **What You'll Do:** + Assist with the development and delivery of communications. This includes content, and strategies. media plans and programming in support of the business. + Act as a media contact and build long-term relationships with influencers. Negotiate with media channels and have part ownership of the budget. + Create internal and external communication plans. This includes content and media strategies, conducting interviews and surveys, and brainstorming sessions. + Build and manage social media profiles and presence. Stay up to date on the current media marketplace and trends. Develop and conduct social media training. + Partner with stakeholders on short and long-term projects. Track performance metrics and campaign outcomes. Ensure that key messages align with company values and goals. + Conduct interviews, surveys, and brainstorming sessions to gather information for strategic direction. + Distribute press releases, pitch stories, coordinate, and prep speakers for important interviews. + Stay up to date on the current marketplace and trends. Learn new programs, technology, and software as needed. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Global experience is an asset. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
