We’re looking for a dynamic, creative Communications Manager to shape and drive UPS’s voice across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in our Brussels headquarters, you’ll lead innovative, results-driven strategies spanning media relations, employee communications, and social media with special responsibility for France and the BeNeLux.

In this role, you will design and deliver impactful communications aligned with regional and global business priorities, craft compelling messaging for internal and external audiences and partner with customer-facing teams to strengthen and protect UPS’s reputation. We want you to collaborate across EMEA-based and Corporate teams on key initiatives and engage with leadership and stakeholders, while managing budgets effectively.

This is a hybrid position (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). Fluency in English is necessary and a professional capability in French and Dutch is strongly preferred.

Job Specific Competencies:

· Develop and execute integrated communications plans with relevant measurement metrics.

· Align communications plans with enterprise and leadership priorities, as well as other functional plans.

· Lead and develop other communicators where applicable.

· Respond to urgent media inquiries, deal directly with the press, and coordinate with Region and Corporate leadership.

· Perform duties across EMEA Region and selected countries and markets as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.

· Experience: Proven experience in general communications, media relations, stakeholder management, employee communications, social media management, vendor management and visual content production/editing strongly preferred.

· Skills: Writing, editing, creative production, strategic communications planning, media relations, and vendor management.

· Languages: Fluency in English is necessary. Professional capability in French and Dutch is strongly preferred.
