Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management
o Develop, write, and design monthly e-newsletters, event promotions, and club updates.
o Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment.
o Produce engaging photo and video content to highlight club events, amenities, and membership benefits.
• Social Media Management
o Plan and execute a social media calendar across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Brand Management & Marketing
o Maintain consistent brand standards across all communications and media.
o Collaborate with department heads to promote golf, dining, social, and pool events to drive member participation.
o Design promotional materials (digital and print) for events, programs, and membership initiatives.
• Member & Community Engagement
o Capture and share member achievements, club highlights, and community involvement stories.
o Assist with public relations outreach to local media and community organizations.
• Administrative & Strategic Support
o Manage communication schedules to align with the club’s operational calendar.
o Provide strategic recommendations to enhance member communications and Club visibility.
o Support General Manager and Board with special projects and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Experience in social media management, digital content creation, and communications strategy.
• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills (knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
• Photography and video production/editing skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a member-focused, team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in hospitality, private clubs, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
