Overview: The Communications Intern at Malin will play a key role in supporting both internal and external communication efforts that reflect our commitment to innovation, customer success, and employee engagement. This position provides hands-on experience in corporate communications within a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Draft and edit content for newsletters, intranet posts, customer updates, and social media channels highlighting Malin’s people, services, and community impact. * Support internal campaigns to engage employees across Malin locations. * Monitor industry news and competitors; prepare summaries for leadership. * Assist in event coordination, including employee recognition events, training sessions, and customer outreach initiatives. * Ensure alignment with Malin’s brand voice and Toyota culture of excellence. Qualifications: * Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. * Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms. * Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment. * Position is 100% onsite at our Malin office in Addison, TX.
