Overview:

As the Communications intern for CC Digital, you will be responsible for building engagement with the markets and region leads for digital, with the objective to share knowledge, upskill and interaction between members, leading to building a true community

You will be required to:

Build creative channels and content to engage with the markets and regions

 

Own the CC playbook (SharePoint) – revamp the CC playbook, aligning with key stakeholders, ensuring high quality, updated and relevant contentManaging and leading the CC Digital Marketing Community channel. Build a content plan, align with stakeholders, to ensure engagement and interactions within the community.Analytics of the digital communication channels (SharePoint and Teams community) and gather insights and feedback for continuous improvementOverseeing and organizing the onboarding process for current capabilities and new enhancements.

 

Who we are looking for:

Fluency in EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersTeam player with a collaborative spirit and hands-on attitudeWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools – SharePoint and MS TeamsExperience of MS excel for analytics
