Overview:

The Communications Intern at Malin will play a key role in supporting both internal and external communication efforts that reflect our commitment to innovation, customer success, and employee engagement. This position provides hands-on experience in corporate communications within a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and edit content for newsletters, intranet posts, customer updates, and social media channels highlighting Malin’s people, services, and community impact.

Support internal campaigns to engage employees across Malin locations.

Monitor industry news and competitors; prepare summaries for leadership.

Assist in event coordination, including employee recognition events, training sessions, and customer outreach initiatives.

Ensure alignment with Malin’s brand voice and Toyota culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.

Position is 100% onsite at our Malin office in Addison, TX.
