Develop solid communication strategy and plan based on the deeply understanding of business needsWork closely with cross-function teams to maximize the impact of communication via media interviews, disease awareness campaigns, and patient engagement activitiesManage and coordinate external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of communication related events and track the effectiveness of agency expenseMeasure and assess the impact of Communication initiatives

Internal Communications

Devise internal communication plans, events, materials for employee engagement,Work closely with BU Operations in BU level initiativesSupport BU internal communications infrastructure management.
