Communications Engagement Manager , Innovation and Engagement
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to support the AGS Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) Executive and Internal Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of AWS's most dynamic and high-growth regions, supporting a 14,000+ builder community across APJC.



In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning, content development, and execution of our quarterly All APJC Meetings. You will work closely with the Sr. Strategic Communications Leader to translate executive vision into compelling, high-quality programming that strengthens cultural connection and drives strategic alignment across APJC.



The ideal candidate brings a track record of managing large-scale internal events and communications programs, with exceptional project management skills, creative content instincts, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.



Key job responsibilities
All APJC Meeting (Quarterly All-Team Meetings)

Own end-to-end planning, production, and execution of quarterly All APJC Meetings

Develop and manage the content agenda using a data-driven approach -- integrating builder feedback, business priorities, industry best practices -- ensuring each session delivers against CSAT targets
Content Development

Develop and curate content for quarterly All APJC Meetings, including innovation showcases, customer and partner impact stories, and other “hero story” segments that reinforce our "Homegrown but World-Known" regional narrative
Program Management & Operations

Own communications program metrics tracking and reporting, including CSAT, live attendance, on-demand views, and content engagement benchmarks

About the team
The Innovation and Engagement team is the primary custodian of the business strategy dialogue, steward of key growth acceleration and innovation projects as part of the VP office for APJ AGS. The team works backwards from market forces to build the vision and business strategy for APJ, informing the big go-to-market (GTM) and nurtures customer innovation through the Innovation Hub and supports experimentation to capture and accelerate growth.
