Job Description
Join P&G as a Communications Director, a leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s communications strategy in Central Europe. In this position, you will lead efforts to build and protect P&G’s external reputation while strengthening internal engagement and pride among employees.
As a Communications Director you will operate with significant responsibility and influence—leading strategic communication projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and partnering closely with senior business leaders.
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute the full corporate communication strategy both internally and externally
+ Lead proactive crisis‑prevention efforts and ensure clear, steady communication when issues arise
+ Bring external perspectives into the organization and partner closely with senior leaders to provide strategic communication guidance
+ Lead teams in executing communication plans
+ Contribute to the framing and execution of company-wide communication strategies
+ Identify new ideas and techniques to improve external & internal communication
+ Collaborate effectively across different, diverse teams and departments.

Job Qualifications
+ Proven experience in a corporate communications or similar role
+ Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects
+ Fluent proficiency in both English and Polish
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision and make autonomous decisions within area of scope.
