We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Communications Director to lead our internal and external communications at Foundever. You will be responsible for shaping and articulating our brand voice, driving public relations strategy, overseeing executive and corporate communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
The Communications Director is a remote role. Candidates must live in the EMEA region.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Communications Strategy
Craft and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand reputation
Public Relations & Media Outreach
Manage media relationships, secure press coverage, write press releases, and serve as the company spokesperson when appropriate
Executive Communications
Support company leadership with speechwriting, talking points, interviews, and key presentations for internal and external engagements
Internal Communications
Ensure transparent and effective internal communications that promote employee engagement and alignment across departments
Crisis & Reputation Management
Prepare and lead crisis communications plans, working closely with legal and executive teams to respond swiftly and strategically to emerging issues
Content Development
Oversee the creation of blog posts, op-eds, newsletters, social media content, and thought leadership materials
Digital and Social Media Strategy
Guide messaging across social platforms and collaborate with digital teams to maximize engagement and reach
Measurement & Reporting
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts using KPIs, analytics, and audience feedback Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 8+ years of communications experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry Proven track record of leading successful PR campaigns and media outreach Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with communication tools such as HubSpot, PRNewswire, Meltwater, or similar Preferred Experience
Experience supporting a B2B or B2C technology company Crisis communication training or certifications Familiarity with investor and financial communications (if applicable) Strong network of tech/media press contacts. About Us
