The opportunity
The Communication Coordinator will support the broader Communications Team in developing and coordinating content for use across Regis. They will report to the Corporate Communications Manager.
This individual will collaborate closely with the Communications Specialist (Content Development and Projects) and Communications Specialist (Channel Management and Reporting) and support them in their deliverables. They will also be responsible for producing content in line with the corporate content and communications plans. Content developed includes but is not limited to writing articles, photography and video production. The role is also required to ensure all content reflects the Regis brand, tone and writing style.

How you will make an impact as a Communications Coordinator
The communications Coordinator will work closely with the Corporate Communications Manager and team to develop and coordinate content aligned with Regis’ corporate communications plans. This includes writing articles, producing photography and video content, and ensuring all materials reflect the Regis brand, tone, and style. The role involves collaboration with Communications Specialists to support content development, channel management, and reporting.

What you will bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications or related fieldExperience in video production and multimedia content creation highly valuedExperience with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to adopt and follow Regis’ brand, tone, and writing guidelines.Strong attention to detail, solid editing, and proofreading skills.Able to develop creative, engaging, audience-specific content across a range of channels.Good stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.Able to manage competing priorities, effectively prioritise work and achieve quality outcomes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Passionate about making a difference and producing meaningful work.A quick learner thrives in a complex environment and a naturally positive outlook.Hands on person, with high working standards.High level of personal motivation, initiative, and integrity.High level of accuracy and attention to detail, process driven.Outstanding customer service ethos and responsiveness.Great team player with positive and enthusiastic approach.Benefits that support and reward you
