Designs, develops, produces and consults on a variety of internal and external communications materials and media. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Advising organization on all aspects of communication formats to ensure clarity and accuracy of message, including conducting final reviews and approval before communications are released. Offer expertise and resources to support the team, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.Write, edit and publish high quality internal communication strategies to support the dissemination of key WII BT messaging, including, but not limited to: speaking notes, blogs, announcements, presentations, organization announcements and multimedia content.Support various WII BT Connect pages to promote clarity and impact of key messaging to support main strategic pillarsSupport the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including employee events, AHCs/town halls, roundtables, and recognition initiatives.Supporting in-person employee events as required.Partner with Senior leadership and stakeholders on communication planning to support WII BTUse data, insights, and employee feedback to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communications and engagement strategies utilizing various RBC platforms such as Connect and Achievers.Continuously update knowledge and skills to ensure that communication strategies and tactics are effective and aligned with best practices, including accessibility requirements.Continuously updating knowledge and skills to ensure that internal sites and platforms are aligned with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.Track engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.Create and publish internal newslettersIdentify key topics and presenters for Training Thursday (internal training series) and support production of virtual sessionsProvide support for floor staff, including oversight of seating plans, onboarding orientation materials, key contacts list; technical support, etc. Maintain accurate distribution lists for WII BT teamsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
2+ years experience with creating strategic, executive and global presentationsCreating impactful internal communicationsUI/UX Design experienceEffective ability to manage multiple responsibilities, sometimes within tight timelines and to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced matrix environmentNice-to-have:
