Duties and Supporting Responsibilities\n\n

Communications
\n\n\n\tPromptly answer external and internal phone calls, emails, and guest text messages.\n\tProvide all callers with exceptional service including warm and sincere greeting/closing and anticipating guest needs.\n\tAnswer any questions guests may have about general property inquiries.\n\tAssist with transferring phone calls to appropriate departments.\n\tReceive and execute guest wake up calls.\n\n\n\n\n
Front Office
\n\n\n\tEffectively utilize OnQ to assist guests with any inquiries such as reservation requests or billing questions.\n\tRespond to guest emails, manage daily Kipsu messaging with guests, and complete guest requests. \n\tAssist Bell Desk with monitoring and dispatching luggage requests as necessary.\n\tFollow up on all above items with guests to ensure completion and guest satisfaction \n\tField Valet requests\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n
Housekeeping
\n\n\n\tEffectively utilize REX, OnQ, and HotSos to support daily Housekeeping operations.\n\n\n\n\n
Food and Beverage
\n\n\n\tBook and confirm in-house reservations via OpenTable\n\tTake detailed messages regarding large party bookings, outlet buyouts or pool cabana inquiries to communicate with management team \n\tEffectively direct guests to booking site for paid amenity requests\n\n\n\n\n
Spa
\n\n\n\tAnswer all questions about Spa facilities and basic questions about treatments offered\n\tUtilize Book-4-Time to book Spa reservations during off-hours when Spa is closed.\n\n\n
Requirements
\n\n\n\n
Mandatory
\n\n\n\tMinimum of 2 years in hospitality customer service position.\n\tAbility to effectively multi-task while remaining calm and pleasant\n\tAdheres to, supports and carries out the strategic Company’s vision, mission and values.\n\tExcellent communication skills in both verbal and written; is able to effectively communicate and write clearly and succinctly in the English language.\n\tProfessional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.\n\tMust possess excellent organizational and administrative skills.\n\tFlexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation.\n\n\n\n\n
Desirable
\n\n\n\tExperience working in a luxury hospitality environment.\n\tMulti-lingual preferred.\n\tExperience with OnQ PMS, REX, HOTSOS is an advantage.\n\n\n\n\n
