The ASML IT & Data organization is a sector within ASML with around 3000 employees that provide services to the ASML business. In the sector, a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is adopted. Competences, 11 in total,  are part of the IT Agile network organization, and responsible for standards and guidelines for all agile release trains (ARTs). So every role in an ART should be able to find all learning content to perform in his/her role. We have around 55 ARTs in IT.
 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the team in developing program materials to support the learning salutation delivery. The assignment is to develop educational learning materials in cooperation with IT competences, Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) Business Partner, content curators, and expert leads to ensure the best skill development and/or knowledge transfer.  
 

Key deliverables include:

Developing program materials to support that learning solution delivery resonates with the audience and ensures effective knowledge transfer and optimal development and learning experience.

Using tools like Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, video editing, other learning development tools. 
 

This is a vocational (mbo) or hbo bachelor internship (also suitable for a graduation internship). The start date of this assignment is as soon as possible, with a duration of minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week - wherefrom 50% on-site.
 

To be a fit for this assignment, you:

Have a background in Communication, Business Administration, Education studies, Educational Technology, HR or a related study.

Have affinity for IT and Agile way of working.

Have experience with UX and User Centered Design

Preferably have experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise and Camtasia

Are proficient in English, both written and verbally
 

Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
