WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The CCAS executive will report directly to the Communications Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the function as it continues to evolve and align its final structure for greater impact.
The role will be closely working with the rest of the members of the CCAS function and will interface with local stakeholders including, but not limited to the Unilever leadership, HR business partners, Finance business partners, and Business Unit team members, and global CCAS team members towards the delivery of shared goals, on time and in full. The CCAS executive will co-manage an external associate who supports the CCAS function by handling administrative and creative tasks and event execution.
The workstream distribution for the CCAS executive is as follows:
70% Communications and Employee Engagement
Day-to-day internal communications, including but not limited to leadership communications, brand initiatives, or function-led projects. These may be executed as written communication, events, and/or visual assets in Unilever’s internal owned channels. Examples of which include the internal weekly newsletter, volunteer program (Unilever GIVES), leadership videos, and other CCAS-led internal and external events.Management of external facing channels, including social media and the Philippines corporate websiteMilestone projects in Q3 and Q4 2025 which will involve creatives development, supplier management, and events executionEvolving the Internal Communications workstream, including the transition from traditional platforms to empowering colleagues via AI and the Microsoft Suite and the transition of Business Units in their internal communication management, including townhalls30% Corporate Housekeeping
CCAS Budget managementSupport Corporate Affairs (CA) Lead for administrative requirements including but not limited to ULP corporate memberships, donations, and reportorial requirements for the CA workstreamOther internal reportorial requirements as deemed necessaryLiaise with relevant functions to keep CCAS informed and connected across the organizationExperiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Teams and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Filipino and EnglishFamiliarity with social media platforms and digital communication trends, including AIHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to develop and execute project briefs in collaboration with internal teams and/or external agenciesExperience coordinating events or activations, either virtually or in personAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with timebound deliverablesStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetAmenable for a contract based role for 6 monthsPreferred Qualifications
