As a Communication Trainee you will play a vital role in enhancing our internal communication efforts. You will be part of the development, implementation and monitorization of internal communications strategies that align with Solvay’s organizational goals and culture. You will be creating internal content across various channels, supporting key initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging. You will be accountable for: + Support the internal communication activities of the Lisbon site and Global Business Services, by assisting in developing and implementing internal communication strategies aligned with Solvay’s strategic and cultural objectives. + Contribute to the development of communication plans and content for various internal channels in different formats: emails, newsletters, digital signage, videos and posters under the guidance of the communication team. + Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring internal communication actions with the aim of informing and strengthening the organizational culture, promoting employee engagement and a sense of belonging. + Collaborate with different teams to help ensure consistency and coherence of messages across the organization. + Support the organization and promotion of internal events, contributing to logistics, communication materials, and on‑site coordination when needed. We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode. **About you** Relevant education of Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or other related field. Competencies: + Fluency in English. + Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); and Video editing skills. + Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus.
