Position Overview The Communications Specialist will
support both internal and external communications—from newsletters and
companywide announcements to website content and online listings. This role
also coordinates with internal teams and external partners to keep projects
moving efficiently. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and
organizational savvy are key.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal newsletters and announcement emailsWrite and edit content for the company website and franchise location pagesCreate light graphics and digital content using CanvaManage and update online listings via platforms like YextCoordinate meetings and content reviews with agency and vendor partnersCollaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teamsProofread materials for tone, accuracy, and brand consistencyTrack communication schedules and ensure timely delivery of assetsQualifications
2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related fieldStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProficiency in Outlook, Canva, and ideally Yext or similar platformsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with agencies and vendors preferredFamiliarity with franchise or multi-location brands is a plusPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.44/hr.
