Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional work experience, in journalism, mass communications, public relations or related discipline required1-3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency or a corporate communications/marketing role, including internships required

About the role

Our Communication Specialists are skilled writers and editors who develop multimedia content that connects effectively with customers, dealers and employees. They generate innovative ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver clear, impactful messages that inform, engage, and motivate target audiences.

You will create and edit content for a variety of content channels and types, including:

AdvertisingBrand messaging frameworksCase studiesCustomer correspondenceInfographicsInteractive contentMarketing emailsNewslettersSales enablement materialsSocial media platformsVideo scriptsWebsitesWhitepapers

 

In this role you will:

Contribute to the development and delivery of communications that effectively articulate the company’s narrative to customers and key stakeholders.Develop innovative concepts aligned with the department’s content strategy, producing clear and accessible materials for a range of channels.Ensure all deliverables consistently adhere to high editorial standards concerning quality, clarity, accuracy, spelling and grammar.Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and teams, cultivating trusted relationships and promoting cross-departmental collaboration.Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with subject matter experts to achieve consistent, on-brand messaging.Monitor, assess and enhance communication initiatives to optimize customer experiences.Efficiently manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Assist in formulating best practices, methodologies and new service offerings.Provide support for marketing events and additional assignments as required.
