Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is seeking a dynamic and creative Communication & Marketing Manager to steward the storytelling, brand voice, and market presence of our iconic Santa Fe property. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications and marketing initiatives that reflect Rosewood’s purpose-driven approach and A Sense of Place® philosophy while elevating brand awareness, guest engagement, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications
· Serve as the guardian of the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi brand voice, ensuring all communications align with Rosewood brand standards and A Sense of Place®
· Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies
· Draft, edit, and manage content for press releases, internal communications, brand messaging, and property narratives
· Collaborate with corporate Rosewood communications and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment
· Ideate and evaluate creative partnership and programming opportunities that align with Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi’s brand positioning and commercial objectives
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms
· Oversee content development for the property website, social media channels, email marketing, and collateral, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s distinct tone of voice
· Support promotional initiatives for guestrooms, food & beverage, spa, special events, and seasonal offerings through owned, earned and paid media channels
· Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
Public Relations & Media Relations
· Act as primary liaison with media partners, influencers, photographers, and creative agencies
· Manage the day-to-day needs of Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi’s PR agency to support coverage goals
· Coordinate press visits, familiarization (FAM) trips, and influencer stays, supporting with hosting as necessary
· Support awards submissions, media placements, and brand storytelling opportunities
Social Media & Digital Presence
· Manage and curate the property’s social media presence in partnership with Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi’s social media agency, ensuring authentic, visually compelling, and on-brand storytelling
· Identify and engage local, regional and national influencers and content creators to experience the property in exchange for social assets and coverage
· Oversee social media photoshoots on property, inclusive of briefing sessions with creative talent to drive Rosewood’s visual identity
· Partner with internal departments to capture guest experiences, team stories, and local culture
· Monitor engagement, trends, and guest sentiment
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
· Manage all website updates and property content on rosewoodhotels.com, ensuring all information, promotions and photography are accurate at all times.
· Proactively manage digital marketing and paid media campaigns in conjunction with agencies across all channels including organic search, paid search, paid social and programmatic display
· Manage hotel content on third party platforms including business listings (i.e. Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, TripAdvisor) as well as OTA’s
· Develop strategic email campaigns to support the overall business goals of the hotel.
· Oversee digital analytics and reporting to ensure that campaigns are optimized to drive direct bookings.
Community & Cultural Engagement
Champion local partnerships and cultural storytelling that reflect Santa Fe and New Mexico heritage
Collaborate with operations, food & beverage, and guest experience teams to highlight unique programming and moments.Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
· Proven experience managing digital platforms and social media channels
· Experience using website content management and analytics platforms (Adobe preferred)
· Experience working with media, influencers, and creative partners
· Highly organized with strong project management skills
· Ability to navigate Microsoft Office applications including proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
· Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and data-driven insights
